ayant 8 à 10 années d’expérience professionnelle en corporate
acquises en cabinet d’avocats.
Mission :

Il s’agit d’intervenir de manière autonome auprès des différents associés du département corporate et de gérer le portefeuille de sociétés cotées et non cotées,
-
Vous prendrez également part aux opérations de fusions/acquisitions en tant que support.
Profil :
-
Vous disposez d’une formation bac +4/5 en droit des sociétés,
-
Vous avez une pratique courante de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit,
-
Vous faites preuve de flexibilité et d’adaptabilité.
