Lawyer (M/F)
to be part of the Corporate – M&A team.
Profile :

You will be a French qualified lawyer with 3 to 5 years' experience, and will be able to demonstrate good general corporate knowledge as well as experience in M&A, Private Equity and stock exchange work.

Fluent in French and English, you will be attracted by the opportunity to play a key role in the team at an exciting stage in the firm's development.
